You are a responsible and meticulous individual who is highly-organised and able to multi-task effectively. When faced with ambiguous challenges, you think outside the box and have tons of initiative. Prior experiences working in small or start-up environment will come in handy. You enjoy working with people and getting things done on time and in good order.
What will you be doing?
Providing administrative support to senior management in administrative, human resources and accounting activities.
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations including generation of quotations, documentation and reporting, scheduling of meetings, preparation of presentation materials, purchase of office supplies, and liaising with both internal and external parties.
Planning and organising company team events and gatherings.
What are we looking for?
Have prior relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environment.
A team player with an enthusiastic attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a meticulous self-starter with a professional work ethic.
