LAU Chiat Siang (CS) co-founded HOL Experiences in 2005 and leads its business development and content strategy. He has done that alongside a parallel career: M&A, structured finance and investment management, and more recently as CFO of a pre-IPO robotics and AI company and COO of a German deep tech generative design software company. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Most of that career was spent deciding whether to back work he could not evaluate on the technical merits himself.
