What made this programme different from other similarly themed ones? Instead of being preached to, students experienced the importance of cooperation and strong leadership in achieving desired results. They gained a better appreciation of servant leadership and the changes it could bring. This experience also left them with a sense of self-empowerment — a necessary foundation to make a positive influence on society.
