Lau Chiat Siang

CS’s children mean the world to him, and so does building new and sustainable ventures. He has successfully established and incubated 6 new businesses within existing companies. Now, he’s on the lookout for growth opportunities and partnerships that can help HOL scale to the next level. And he’s ever ready to push boundaries and solve complex business problems.
Angeline Tong

As an experience strategist, Angeline believes the way to help people enjoy spaces, whether digital, physical or phygital, is to create magical and empathetic experiences in them. Although she wishes she has the superpower to slow time down, her real super ability is sleeping for a long, long time without waking. Her record? 20 hours.

Insatiably curious, Aloysius is a general knowledge buff who likes cramming his brains with new ideas, processes, and methodology. His passion for research makes him the perfect investigator who can be trusted to add a fresh perspective to any problem. In his free time, he enjoys indulging in creative pursuits such as tattoo art and photography.
Terence Chan

Analytical and detailed oriented, Terence enjoys drilling down to the core of any problem and can be trusted to leave no stone unturned before surfacing a solution. His expertise in UI/UX, front-end development, and art direction allows him to deliver a seamless integration of design and development for any project. When he is not at work, he can be found tinkering with computers or watching videos.
Siti Atikah

Voted most likely to stay calm in a raging snow storm, Atikah is a consummate planner who never cracks under pressure. Her superpower lies in managing the different facets of a project to ensure team members stay on task. A maestro at orchestrating schedules, she has a passion for organising her time efficiently. Besides being a crochet addict, she also loves cooking cosy meals for her family. She believes that a project manager’s role is similar to a chef’s because they need to check that the right ingredients are added, and each dish is served on time.
Ruth Tan
MA in English Studies,
National University of Singapore
Ruth is an over caffeinated editor and writer with an incurable obsession for words. When she is not churning out copy or spotting deadly grammatical errors, she can be found sifting through style guides and designing checklists. She has a weakness for collecting books and cats and currently has too many of both in her home.
Heewon Cho
BA in Visual Communications,
Hongik University
Heewon enjoys unpacking design problems and approaching them as mind-boggling puzzles. Her favourite question is “Why?” An analytical listener, she believes that listening directly to users is always the key to success. Her most satisfying days at work is when she can come up with a solution that is a result of logical and creative design thinking. During her down time, she enjoys playing the piano and film photography.
