How do we make National Education (NE) messages relevant to young Singaporeans in today’s peaceful and prosperous times? The Singapore Discovery Centre (SDC), as an NE nexus, provided the necessary context for our programme to orientate school-appointed NE Ambassadors on the five NE messages. We took advantage of SDC’s NE-related gallery design, multimedia installations and artefacts to engage the students with hands-on, experiential training.
